Catherine started playing piano at the age of 4, taking lessons with her much loved aunty and then picking up the flute aged 8 (achieving grade 8 in both when she was 15.)
Saxophone didn’t follow until studying for her degree in Jazz at Leeds College of Music and now she plays alto and tenor sax forging a career playing for big bands, function bands and alongside DJs as well as weddings and utilising all instruments in the studio, recording anything from podcast theme tunes to Music for healing.
When she’s not making music, Catherine can be found running around after 3 children or practising yoga, frantically searching for her zen!!
