Kealey has worked in theatre for over 20 years in predominantly Communications and Marketing roles. In 2000 she was one of two project managers who brought the Royal Shakespeare Company UK Tour to a school site in Barnsley, to much media attention. After completing a degree in Performance Management at Bretton Hall College of the Arts, she went on to work for Hull Truck Theatre and then Theatre Royal Wakefield, where she is currently Head of Communications & Programme.
Her experience spans Communications, Marketing, Programming, Tour Booking, Project Management, Press and PR, Digital Development, Video Editing, Social Media Management and Design Commission.
